Acne Care · Eau Claire

Less guesswork.
More support for your skin.

When breakouts keep coming back, choosing another product can feel exhausting. You deserve someone who listens, explains your options, and helps you find a clear next step.

At Harmony, we’ll talk through your routine and skin concerns to build a more thoughtful approach to care.

Professional facial skin care

Start with understanding

Your skin deserves
more than trial and error.

Not every breakout needs the same approach. The type of spots you’re seeing, how sensitive your skin feels, and what you’re already using all matter.

We’ll help you understand which supportive services may fit your skin and when medical acne treatment is the better next step.

Clogged pores.

Blackheads, whiteheads, and congestion need a different approach from deeper inflamed breakouts.

Recurring breakouts.

A consistent routine and progress reviews can help you understand what’s working.

Marks & texture.

Leftover discoloration and scars are different from active acne. Discuss them as separate goals.

Not sure where to begin?

Start with a plan.
Build from there.

You don’t need to know which facial, peel, or light treatment to book. Start by telling us what’s happening and what you’ve tried.

Bring a list or photos of your current products and medications. We’ll discuss your routine, priorities, and the care available at Harmony.

Structured support

Face Reality
Acne Bootcamp

A program combining personalized home care with in-office treatments and ongoing guidance.

Ask whether it fits your skin, what products and appointments are involved, and how progress is reviewed.

Confirm current program availability, pricing, and home-care costs before committing. Results and timing vary.

Care that fits the concern

Understand the options.
Choose with guidance.

These services may support an acne care plan. You don’t need all of them; suitability depends on your skin.

Selected exfoliation

Facials & Peels

Discuss treatments for congestion and surface buildup. Your provider will assess sensitivity, active inflammation, and current products before choosing an approach.

Cleansing & hydration

HydraFacial

A cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating option to discuss for suitable congested skin. It isn’t a replacement for medical care for deep, painful acne.

Light-based support

LED Light Therapy

Certain blue- and red-light treatments can support care for inflammatory pimples. Light alone does not treat every type of acne.

Ask whether this BBL treatment fits your acne concerns and skin history. Discuss expected sessions, risks, and its role alongside your daily routine.

A little clarity goes a long way

A routine you understand.
Support as you go.

01

Talk it through.

Share your skin history, products, medications, and what matters most to you.

02

Keep the plan clear.

Understand what each recommended step is for, how to use it, and what it will cost.

03

Review your progress.

Give the plan time, discuss irritation or changes, and reassess when needed.

Before you book

Your questions,
without the overwhelm.

What should I book first?

Start with a consultation rather than guessing at a treatment. If the booking options aren’t clear, call (715) 514-2672 and we’ll help you choose.

How long does acne care take to work?

Improvement takes time. Many acne plans need at least 6–8 weeks before fewer breakouts become noticeable. Your timeline depends on the treatment and how your skin responds.

Do I need to replace everything I use?

Bring your current routine for review. Ask which products can stay, which may need changing, and why. Don’t stop prescribed treatment without speaking with your prescriber.

Can a facial or light treatment clear acne on its own?

Not reliably. In-office services may complement a consistent routine or medical treatment. The best approach depends on the type and severity of your acne.

When should I see a dermatologist?

Seek dermatology care for deep, painful breakouts, acne that is leaving scars, or acne that isn’t improving. Prescription treatment may be needed. Don’t delay medical care while trying cosmetic services.

What about the marks left after breakouts?

Dark or red marks and changes in skin texture need different assessment from active acne. Ask about these goals once your current breakouts are addressed.

Can I shop for acne products here?

Yes. Harmony carries Face Reality and Marini skin care. Ask for help choosing products that fit your routine rather than adding several new treatments at once.
