How should I prepare for a spray tan?
Ask for preparation instructions when booking, including the timing of exfoliation, shaving, waxing, and products applied to your skin. Bring loose clothing for afterward.
When can I shower after my spray tan?
Rinse timing depends on the solution used. Follow your provider’s exact instructions rather than a general tanning schedule.
Does a spray tan protect me from the sun?
No. A cosmetic tan does not replace sunscreen, protective clothing, or shade.
What protection is used during spray tanning?
Ask how your eyes, lips, and mucous membranes are protected and how inhalation of the mist is avoided. Mention breathing conditions and sensitivities beforehand.
Will teeth whitening work on crowns or veneers?
Whitening does not change the color of crowns, veneers, or fillings. Your dentist can help you understand whether whitening could create a shade difference.
