Understand the experience
Infrared warmth.
A slower pace.
Infrared saunas use infrared light to warm the body. Compared with traditional saunas, they typically operate at lower air temperatures.
You can still feel warm and sweat. Your comfort, health history, and tolerance should guide the session, especially if it’s your first visit.
Time to switch off.
Make a little space in your day for stillness and a warming pause.
A simple appointment.
Reserve sauna time on its own or ask about a suitable pairing.
Your comfort matters.
Start conservatively and let the team know if the heat feels uncomfortable.

Before you book
A few questions.
A more relaxed visit.
How long is a sauna session?
Confirm the available session length when booking. First-time users may need a shorter exposure. More time or higher heat isn’t automatically better.
What should I bring?
Ask about towels, appropriate clothing, water, and any changing arrangements before your visit.
Can I add sauna time to another service?
Ask before scheduling. Your provider can confirm whether the combination and timing are appropriate, especially after treatments that require avoiding heat.
Is infrared sauna suitable for everyone?
No. Speak with your healthcare provider first if you’re pregnant, have a medical condition, take medications affecting heat tolerance, or have concerns about blood pressure or heart health. Avoid sauna when ill or dehydrated.
How should I prepare?
Arrive hydrated and avoid alcohol. Follow any guidance from your healthcare provider and tell the team if you have concerns about heat exposure.
What if I feel too hot?
End the session and leave the heat. Let the team know immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, nauseated, or otherwise unwell.
Will it detox my body or help me lose fat?
We frame sauna as a warming, relaxation-focused experience. Sweating is not a proven treatment for removing specific toxins, and short-term fluid loss is not fat loss.
Can I walk in?
Sauna visits are by appointment only. Use our booking page or call (715) 514-2672 to confirm availability.
