Less tension.
More room to
feel like you.
When your body feels tense, it can be hard to fully settle into your day. Make space for thoughtful care, a slower pace, and someone who takes time to listen.
Explore massage for muscle tension and relaxation, with guidance to help you choose a comfortable starting point.
Start with how you feel
You don’t need all the answers.
Just a place to begin.
My muscles feel tight.
Tell your massage therapist where you notice tension. Together, you can discuss focused work and a pressure level that feels comfortable.
I need to switch off.
A relaxation-focused massage offers time to pause, settle in, and step away from the demands of your day.
I’m not sure what I need.
Call before booking. Share what you’re experiencing so we can explain the available services and help you decide on your next step.
Comfort comes first
We start by listening.
You set the pace.
Before your appointment, share where you feel discomfort, what makes it better or worse, and any relevant injuries, medications, or medical care.
During massage, you can ask for lighter pressure, change the areas being worked on, or stop at any time. Stronger pressure is not automatically better.
When to check with your healthcare provider: Pain that is new, unexplained, worsening, or persistent deserves medical assessment before a wellness appointment. These services support comfort and relaxation; they do not diagnose the cause of pain.
Before you book
A little guidance.
A more comfortable visit.
Which massage should I choose?
Discuss Swedish massage if you mainly want to relax, or deep tissue if you want more focused attention. Let your therapist recommend an approach based on your health history, preferences, and areas of tension.
Does massage need to hurt to help?
No. Tell your therapist if pressure feels painful or uncomfortable. You can request adjustments throughout the session, and deeper pressure is not suitable for everyone.
Can I book if I have ongoing pain?
Speak with your healthcare provider about unexplained or ongoing pain first. If massage is appropriate, share any diagnosis, restrictions, and care instructions with your therapist before your appointment.
What should I mention before my visit?
Tell your therapist about recent injuries or surgery, pregnancy, medical conditions, blood-thinning medications, allergies, and areas to avoid. Your session may need to be adapted or postponed.
Can I combine massage and sauna?
Ask before scheduling. Suitability and timing depend on your health, heat tolerance, and the services involved. We’ll help you confirm whether a combination makes sense for your visit.
How many appointments will I need?
There is no single schedule for everyone. Start with an appropriate appointment, discuss how you respond, and review whether further visits fit your goals. Results and the duration of any relief vary.
